In 2015, 'Varsinais-Suomen Yrittäjät'' chose Camteam as the “Company of the Year” in the city of Kaarina. Camteam's success lays behind owners' long experience in tool making and staff's commitment to continuously develop the company. In 2013, Camteam Oy received a recognition from Ensto Group, which was the 1st award in the Ensto Innovation Award 2012 competition in the category of ''processes''. The award came from innovative product and mold design. To be more precise, In Mould Assembly (IMA) -technology was utilised in the manufacture of a challenging two-component product by connecting a metal part into a plastic part during the injection molding process
At a symposium organized by injection molding machine manufacturer Engel, they reward the most innovative mold/mold manufacturing solutions. In 2012, our company received the ENGEL Symposium Award for a garden tool handle mold that we had manufactured for Fiskars Brands Finland Oy Ab. Camteam Oy took part in the mold construction planning, mold design and manufactured mold. The project was carried out in cooperation between Fiskars Brands Finland Oy Ab, Engel and Camteam.
