Our R&D consulting often starts with the customer's earliest product ideas. We support our customers in product conceptualization and design. At first, we analyze your 3D files and guide you how to design your products and parts properly. Feedback is provided as a clear PowerPoint presentation in which we name the strengths and weaknesses and make suggestions for improvement of your product. This ensures that your product meets the requirements set for it, both in terms of functionality and manufacturability.
We always select the materials that fulfill your product requirements the best. Manufacturability analysis (DfM – Design for Manufacturability) will also be provided among the other information. The DfM includes injection moulding simulation made by MoldFlow. Virtual analysis of your product properties is also available, even before the very first 3D-prototypes are made. This provides you significant benefits: results are available in couple of days, much more faster and economically compared to testing and changing prototype and production moulds.
