In early 2021, Camteam invested in equipment and software to ensure higher quality and unmanned production at night.
In the summer of 2021, Camteam has put AI into action, which ensures the flawless quality of the injection molded products. Each part is photographed, verifying the geometry and other details of the part before accepting it for subsequent production steps.
The capacity of injection molding machines has been increased with remote monitoring. Wide-angle cameras have been acquired to monitor the operation of the machine. Production outages can be remotely reacted to and the machine can be restarted shortly.
With the measures mentioned above, we offer our customers even more accurate delivery times and even higher quality injection molded parts.
